At SUPERPLASTIC, I manage all ongoing creative projects, optimizing resource allocation for personnel, budgets, and hours. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns for high-profile partners like Mercedes, Epic Games, Tommy Hilfiger, The Weeknd, Gucci, and more. The projects range from product campaigns and experiential spaces to video game production, entertainment producing, and email marketing campaigns.
My day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring the status of creative initiatives, integrating key management tools like Asana for cross-functional projects, and collaborating with designers to align deliverables with project requirements. I streamline workloads and prioritize tasks for a team of seven creatives, oversee the company's file storage system, and produce photoshoots, overseeing model selection, prop styling, and art direction. I also contribute to the art direction for several product campaigns, as well as general graphic design for digital rollouts and email campaigns.
