Sticky Brand is a print production start-up based in Burlington, Vermont. As one of the fastest growing custom sticker companies in the US, they are all about eco-friendly inks, recyclable stickers, and teaming up with local organizations who care about the environment.
At Sticky Brand, I managed daily ECOM orders and over 15 large-scale projects monthly for clients like Netflix, Spotify, and Meow Wolf. By optimizing production schedules using Asana, I increased our weekly output from 200 to over 500 unique orders within a year, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to our high-quality standards.
I also supervised a team of four production assistants and interns, fostering collaboration and smooth workflow. My role involved operating advanced print equipment, including Epson printers, Roll label finishers, and Summa cutters, along with using software like Illustrator and ONYX. This hands-on experience in project management, team leadership, and technical operations equipped me to handle large-scale projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
